Hard Boiled Egg Tasting 2

Deviled eggs will still be my number one, but I just love how easy the hard boiled egg “hack” is. I shared a few fun combos here, and now I’m back for more. These took zero time to make and both versions were delicious. They both also took advantage of the random odds and ends I had leftover from the weekend.

After hard boiling eggs, I topped all 4 halves with a generous dallop of kewpie mayo. Two halves were topped with onion chutney that I had leftover from the previous night’s Indian takeout + smoked Maldon salt. The other two were topped with chopped sweet horseradish pickle chips from the farmers market + a squirt of dijon mustard.
